This site is owned and maintained by Camp Good Times of Charleston Inc. The Corporation authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the Content (defined below) available from this site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You agree not to copy, create derivative works, duplicate, display, distribute, download, upload, modify, publish, publicly perform, sell, resell, transmit, transfer, or exploit for any public or commercial purposes any portion of the "Content", which is defined throughout these Terms as all of the products, services, and information, including, but not limited to, all of the page headers, images, graphics, text, logos, button icons, design, layout, software (including source code), sounds, music, video files, and data (collectively, the "Content") provided on the Site. This site may be used only for lawful purposes. You specifically waive any claims you may have arising out of your use of the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, if the Corporation or any of its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents is found liable to you for any claims or matters arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions, our aggregate and maximum liability for all such matters and claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Corporation, if any, for the specific service or product giving rise to such liability. Refund Policy
Camp Good Times of Charleston Inc., is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which relies heavily on donations and grants to achieve our goals. As a nonprofit, your donations may be tax deductible.
If you change your mind about contributing to Camp Good Times, a full refund will be paid to all request made within 15 days of date of contribution. Camper Fee are only refundable until 15 days prior to first day of camp. All refund request must be made in writing and sent to:
